How do I get a quote or make a booking?

How long will it take to clean my home?

This will very much depend on a number of factors including the size of your home, the type of clean or specific requirements you have. We will discuss your requirements and provide you with a quote and time estimate - just contact us!

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, debit card, credit card, bank transfer and PayPal - whichever suits you best!


A tax invoice will be emailed to you for payment; bank account details are provided in the main body of the invoice. EFT and credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% handling fee.

Do I need to supply you with any cleaning products or equipment?

No, we provide everything needed to clean your home. However, we are happy to use your equipment and products if you prefer us to. We also offer eco cleaning options.

What if my cleaning service takes more or less time than originally quoted?

When you make a booking, we will agree with you how long the house cleaning service should take and how much it will cost. We will always provide an accurate and realistic quote based on your requirements and our previous experience. However, the condition of homes can vary greatly and have not seen your home, it may take more or less time to perform the service than the original quote.


We will only charge you for the hours worked, and if the cleaning services takes less time than originally quoted, we will charge you accordingly.

Do I need to be at home during my clean?

It is not necessary to be home during the clean. Many of our clients choose to provide us with a house key. If you are not comfortable leaving a key, someone will need to be home to provide us access. How amazing would it be to come home to a crystal clean environment!


But please don't feel you need to leave your house during the clean. We are quite happy to work around you with as little disturbance as possible.

Are there extra charges for weekends or public holidays?

We are happy to offer services 24/7, 365 days a year, but we do have to respect the appropriate loading for our team. Please contact us for a booking during this time.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand that sometimes plans change so if you cancel with more than 24 hours notice we do not generally charge a cancellation fee.


However, please understand that other clients have been turned away to accommodate your clean, so if you cancel within 24 hours we will need to charge a cancellation fee.

Are you covered by insurance?

Yes, we are covered by AAMI. A copy can be requested.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes - all of our team are pet owners! But If your pet is likely to be aggressive or may obstruct your cleaner, please secure or remove them prior to our arrival.

How much do you charge?

Our standard domestic rate is $60 inclusive of GST per hour.  While this may seem slightly more than some charge, the difference is the High Profile difference.  We:

  • Look after our team with fair wages, rewards, safe products and equipment, and ongoing training.

  • Use the best quality products for careful cleaning of your assets.

  • Are fully insured for your peace of mind.

  • Are a team of professionals that are trustworthy, discrete, and reliable with all staff subject to a police check before commencing employment.

  • Provide excellent customer service.

  • Have meticulous attention to detail and stand by our service with a satisfaction guarantee.
